James has been Vicar of Histon and Priest in Charge of St Andrew's Church, Impington since 2006. Prior to moving to Histon he was a vicar in Acton and Director of Ordinands in the Willesden Area of the Diocese of London. He is passionate about mission and building congregations that can communicate the gospel in ways that engage with the issues of contemporary society. A research engineer by background, James is interested in cabinet-making, astronomy, the life and work of Isaac Newton, the England cricket team and all things to do with Apple computers. He has been described by the Bishop of Worcester as 'renaissance man'. James is married to Katharine and they have 2 children.

Janet trained in the Cambridge Theological Federation, was ordained in 2001 and served her curacy at St Philip's and St Stephen's Churches in Cambridge. Prior to that she was lay pastor at Holy Trinity Church, Cambridge after working with the Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship for 10 years in London and, latterly, in Cambridge. Originally from Zimbabwe, she studied and taught in South Africa before coming to London Bible College. She is married to Andrew.

Tim Blake is the full-time Children's Worker for St Andrew's. Tim trained as a PE teacher in Cheltenham, where he graduated with a BEd in Physical Education and then taught in a primary school in Harlow. Moving to Battersea he served as a Children's, Youth and Schools' worker for a church near Clapham Junction. After six fulfilling years there, Tim returned to Histon, accompanied by his wife, Helen, and their son. Mark Fuller grew up in St Philip's Church in Cambridge and was a volunteer youth leader there until his degree course in Youth and Community Work and Applied Theology. He graduated from Ridley Hall in 2006. During the course, Mark was on placement at Romsey Mill where he worked with young people at risk of social exclusion. Mark is married to Becci and is passionate about football (a Spurs fan), music and film but don't get him talking about Bob Dylan.

Katie is sharing her time between Youth For Christ and work with the young people in Histon during her gap year. She became a Christian eight years ago after the people at the International Pentecostal Church in her home town of Ipswich showed her God's love. Her first experience at church was the Friday night youth group, Youth Inclusion Project, which had themed nights for young people from all areas of the town, whether Christian or not. During her time in Histon she'll be gaining experience in youth work through different youth events, helping in various schools, and getting involved in current church youth groups such as Pathfinders and Y10+.

Diane studied at London University and has a BSc in Geography and a PGCE (Secondary). Not inspired by teaching, she worked for 5 years as a Transportation Engineer, involved with a number of road schemes at their planning stage—including the current A14! Diagnosed as a Coeliac in 2004, she is now one of the leaders of the Cambridgeshire Coeliac Group of Coeliac UK. Diane, and her husband Keith, have been a part of St Andrew's for over 20 years and they have 2 children. Hobbies include swimming, walking and in quieter moments she can be found completing a jigsaw.

Stephanie grew up in Leeds, but has lived in Cambridgeshire since completing a languages degree and joining Cambridgeshire Constabulary in 1992. As well as doing regular police work, she also worked in training and recruitment before leaving the police service to become a recruitment consultant until children and family took on a bigger role in her life. Interests include both watching and playing tennis, theatre and reading (enjoys being in a book group). She is married to Alastair and they have three children.
