On Sunday mornings we have two main services at 9.15am and 10.45am. We follow the same preaching and teaching programme at both services. Refreshments are served after both morning services in the Stable Room next to the church.
9.15am Service
Our 9.15am service has a traditional ‘feel’ to it with a choir and hymns (as well as some modern worship songs). On the 1st and 5th Sundays of the month the service is Holy Communion (Common Worship).
10.45am Service
The 10.45am service has a contemporary ‘feel’ with worship band and modern worship songs (as well as some traditional hymns). Children and young people leave the service after 15 minutes or so for activities designed specifically for their needs (see the pages on 'Youth Groups’ and our children's website ‘SJ Club’ for more information). The Service on the 1st Sunday of the month is an All Age Service when all ages stay together for the whole service. We celebrate the Holy Communion (Common Worship) on the 3rd Sunday of the month.
